Guidance

Resources have been developed to ensure that businesses selling tobacco know what they need to do to comply with the change in law.

At the start of September, the majority of businesses selling tobacco were sent a full guidance pack by post. This pack contained a booklet explaining what they needed to do, a statutory notice for display in-store and a practical guide for retailers and employees.
